Can’t stack snare or kick intermittently

Every now and then the stack feature won’t work in SD3. It will visually look like it’s working but the extra drums make no sound. It usually will only affect one drum,either the kick or snare but the other will stack normally. I found a little mute light flashing the last time but I don’t know what’s causing it. Here’s a pic of the mute light lit up. It flashes every time the snare hits
I tried different samples from different packs. Some from SD3 core library and from kicks and snares from New York studios and all have the same result. Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

can you please save such a Project, ZIP archive it and attach to a post here?

That would make it easier to explain what is happening with that particular Project.

What it looks like in that screen shot is that you have started with a Snare that hasn’t got the ‘Muted’ articulation and then trigger note #66/68 for the Muted articulation that isn’t available, which should normally trigger the Center articulation instead.
