I am trying to get a nice and dry ride sound.
On the mixer in SD3 within Progressive Foundary, there is a channel called “Ride” and it is only able to get cymbals and toms and such. I wanted a channel that would have only the Ride in it so I can make blend without using other cymbals in it.
What should I do?
You need to route the audio from the Ride into its own channel in SD3.
Now you should have a channel in the mixer called X-OH something (the X means that it’s a user added channel) .This channel receives the “dry” sound from the ride, which you can mix as you like.
