Can’t see purchase on Product Manager or My Account

Hi, been using TT and Product Manager for quite a while and all been great, but I bought Synth Pop EZKeys MIDI Pack Order 2847973 yesterday and today, I can’t see it in either My Account or in Product Manager. My confirmation emails have no serial number either, so how do I install my pack? Thanks a lot
