Can't see library files & update-question

Sorry for not being able to figure it out, but there’s two things, I do not quite get.

1. EZkeys Grand Piano for Mac OS X:  Top of the list of the MAC installation files is version 1.0.4., dated 2018-05-03.
   Further below, under “Updates”, there is a Sound library update (Mac OS X), with version 1.0.4., but dated 2014-09-02
   Do I need this update, which is much older than my EZkeys Grand Piano download from today? I installed it, but did I overwrite anything important and newer with it?
2. During installation of EZkyes Grand Piano for Mac OS X, I choose the option to install the library files onto an external SSD attached via USB 3.0.
   I could see the free space on the SSD decrease, but I could NOT see any files installed inside the EZkeys-Folder created on the SSD (I created a folder “Toontrack”, and the installation automatically created that subdirectory).  Also, by trying to get the folder information, the info-window was showing the info “calculating space” forever and the info “Zero files in empty folder”. I am on a MacBook Pro Retina (late 2013) and MAC OS Sierra (latest update).

Hi,

 

the Full installer from 2018-05-03 includes the library update and the EZkeys Player update, so you did not need to run the update(s).

On the other hand, you did not mess anything up, the PM makes sure of that if you manage everything Toontrack through it.

In the future, know that the PM will alert you if you have components that need updating.

 

I am not sure what is going on with the folder on your SSD but I would just reboot, detach and then re-attach the SSD and check again.

Does EZkeys work as expected?
