Can’t run toontrack 32bit

Hello every body.
I’m running windows 7 64bit
I just bought Ezdrummer 2 and I’m very disapointed. I would like to use it as standalone, so I installed Toontrack solo 32bit to run ezdrummer but toontrack solo doen’t start! I’ve tryed all compatibily possibility, but nothing can resolve this.
So I installed toontrack solo 64 bit it runs with my computer but it doens’t see any drummer. I selected ezdrummer dll in vstplugin but it’s alway the same!!! Can’t not see any drummer.
Help please I tought I’ve done a terrible mistake when I bought this software!

What version of EZD2 have you installed? 32-bit or 64-bit? Are you setting the path in Solo to the correct ezdrummer.dll? For example, if you are using 64-bit Solo, are you setting the path to the 64-bit EZD2?

Can you search Windows for the ezdrummer.dll plugin? What are the locations?

BTW, there is a standalone EZdrummer exe so you shouldn’t need to use Solo to open EZD2.

I think it’s 32bit version because ut’s located in program(x86) folder, I didn’t found the 64 bit version and I haven’t the choice during the installation.

There are 2 separate installers included in the install download. 32-bit and 64-bit bit.

From your account history, it seems like you’ve only downloaded the Ezdrummer 1 update and haven’t download any full product yet.

Please see this FAQ about how to install Ezdrummer 2.

Basically, you will install Ezdrummer 2 and the Pop/Rock EZX and the latest updates for both.

Ezdrummer 64bit and 32 bit update didn’t worked. It said there are no Ezdrummer2 detected!

Did you follow the steps in the FAQ? It clearly tells you what to download. Please download the full product.

Why Ezdrummer 2 doesn’t exist in download, I’ve only Ezdrummer 1 in my product page.
You’re installation is so complicated, I’ve never seen this!!!

No. Download and install the Pop/Rock EZX from your account. It is the same as Ezdrummer 1.

Yes I did. I have enter the serial number and all I have Ezdrummer 1. But on my activation card it’s writen that Ezdrummer update is free!!! So…..

I’ve update Ezdrummer 64 bit 1.4.0, but can’t update ezdrummer 2 because it doesn’t exist….
It’s running me silly.

On my activation card it’s writen “if you bought this licence now, you’ll get free update for ezdrummer2 when it will release in 6 may 2014!!!
We’re in 2015!!!!
So is it still possible.
