Trying to use Product Manager to register my new products from a PC
Opening screen says
Update Product Manager
Update check failed
Connection Could not be established
Retry Quit
Try to Authorize from inside program ESKeys = Connection to the Toontracks server failed,
but I am logged into my account via browser
I just a copy of ez drummer from sweetwater but your site is not allowing me to register my product, it trying to get me to purchase the product all over again. What should I do?

Please use the Toontrack Product Manager to register, download and authorize.

I have the same problem. Bought first product from you. Created account.
Downloaded Toontrack Product Manager.
Open Product Manager
Downloading update
Download of update failed. Connection could not be established.
Have uninstalled and tried again twice, wit no luck.
