Can’t register Free SDX with SD3

Just bought SD3 and my account is asking me to choose a free SDX…but every time I choose the SDX I want, I just get an infinite loop on the website and nothing happens…. when I try to register it in the Toontrack Product Manager I get a “Registration failed. Internal server error” message… anyone else having this problem too?

I’ve emailed support a little over an an hour ago. Haven’t heard anything back yet… I wish toontrack had phone or chat support…. this is so frustrating.

Does the mean any sdx? Are you choosing one that is not part of the offer? Just a thought but I will leave for toontrack to answer.

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors

You can only choose certain ones. They give you the selection, but it wasn’t working. Support took care of the issue though. Thanks
