I used to drag all the MIDI data from SD3 into my DAW because I preferred the editor. So I would have the entire drum part inside my DAW and would sometimes add a tambourine or shaker part to the track inside SP3. I decided to try and do everything inside SD3 and when I finished with my drum part, I instantiated another “Track” and put the tambourine part on it. The problem is that I can play one or the other – not both. I’ve looked pretty extensively inside the program. It seems like such a simple and fundamental thing. Can anyone please tell me what I’m doing wrong? (All the routing is correct for the individual tracks).
