Hi,
when the ZIP Archive is on your Desktop, do you right-click on it and ‘Extract all..’ before you run the installer? Or do you simply browse the content?

John,
Thanks for your response. I did that earlier because I read on the forums that some else was having the same problem. That’s when I was getting those messages. But I just down loaded it again and extracted all the files and it worked this time. So I am good. I must have done something wrong earlier.
Thanks again
Tim
I encountered this problem when installing both Classic and No1 Hits. Oddly when installing No1 Hits I remembered my error in not unzipping (extract all) the file when installing Classic EZX, so when I was presented with the No1 Hits zipped file I tried to right click and no “Extract All” option was in the drop down. I tried several times and got the error message. I then closed the window and opened the “Downloads” folder via the my documents route, found the zipped No1 Hits file and when I right clicked this it gave me the option to extract? Odd eh?
Having said that, it is probably covered in the instructions but I’m a bloke so I could not possibly read them!!
