Hello, ever since installing 3.1.3 I’m having problems loading kit presets. In either an existing project or starting a new one it loads the default kit fine but gets stuck on the default kit and won’t change when I select any other preset or it will occasionally allow me to change preset but then gets stuck on that one. Please help, thanks.

I’ve been having the same issue but the fix works. However, if I try load in a shaker groove, it’s triggering the side stick.

This was (is) happening for me as well, seemingly out of nowhere.  The suggested workaround of not ‘dragging’ the mouse, but making individual clicks; seems to work.  I don’t recall this being an issue in the last year or so.. pretty freaky to all of sudden have your much needed (and much loved) drum sample libraries misbehaving.  Select a new kit, no change.. no movement on the ‘loading bar’ etc  Disconcerting.

I am having the same issue on Mac OS 10.9.5 w/ SD3 3.1.4 hosted in Vienna Ensemble Pro 6. My user presets will not load unless, I carefully follow the “click and release” with my mouse, as detailed above. Toontrack- I hope this can be fixed!

Damn, wasted 3-4 hours with this issue, uninstalling, downloading, reinstalling, thought something was wrong with the installation.

5 months since this was reported, why hasn’t it been fixed already?
