can’t intalle MIDI pack update

Hi, I can’t install MIDI pack update (Windows). When I click the Intaller in 7-Zip I get the information: “Could not read updater config file”, where is the problem?

Hi,

I have the newest Iteration of EZ Drummer 2 and the newest MacOSX with all updates.

I get this error when I try to install the EZX Library (ROCK)

I also extracted the files out of the .dmg file; then I set all file/folder permissions in the install folder to maximum (rwxrwxrwx) -> still the same error

Can you help me please?

Hi StephanK,

this thread was originally about a MIDI pack update in Windows but your problem is concerning a fresh install of an EZX in MacOS, right?
Please make sure you are using the Product Manager and if you still have problems, may I ask that you start a new Topic?
