Can't install Metal Machine EZX on Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave)

When trying to install Metal Machine EZX on Mojave, the installer returns the following error:

Config File Error

Could not read installer config file.

 

Any pointers to get this installed would be greatly appreciated.

EZdrummer version: 1.4.0
Operating system: macOS Mojave (10.14)

If you are not, please use the Toontrack Product Manager to download and install the Metal Machine EZX. If you are, please provide more info as to the steps you are using to get the error.
