Cant install Metal Machine and Guitar Gods 2 & 4

Hi! The full version of EZDrummer2 has been installed without any problems. But i am not able to install Metal Machine. The same on EZMix2 with Metal Guitar Gods 2 and 4. I get an error every time i try…”installation app must be updated…”

I am using OS Monterey 2.0.1

What can I do?

Hey Shred, make sure that your order status on Toontracks site is listed as ‘Completed’. I had to reach out to their CS to have it manually updated because I too had no problem installing EZD2 standalone and as a VST within Ableton Live 11. However, when trying to find the two EZXs ‘Dark Matter’ and ‘Made of Metal’ which were part of the bundle I purchased, they were nowhere to be found.  I had the two downloaded to my PC, but there was no way to engage it for anything. CS updated my order and my product manager was able to ‘re-up’ them and be available in standalone or VST.

Hope this helps if it’s anywhere close to what you’re experiencing.
