Can’t Install Metal! EZX Exp Pack (EZ Drummer 2) on MacOS Big Sur 11.2.1

Hello, I’ve just purchased the Metal! EZX expansion pack for EZ Drummer 2, but I can’t install it due to an error that says “Installer app must be updated…”

I’ve tried already to install from Toontrack Manager and installed all the updates!

Please help me.

Hi,

the Installer app must be updated message should not appear if you are using the Product Manager application to install the Full Product.

If you have tried this, please close the PM and open it again first.

Hi! I have got the same problem. But with MacOS Monterey. The full version of EZDrummer2 has been installed without any problems. But i am not able to install the Metal Machine plugin. The same on EZMix2 with Metal Guitar Gods 2 and 4.

What can I do?
