    Hi,

Please use the Product Manager application, click Show Details for Nashville, download the full installer and select Uninstall from the menu to the right of the download. When it’s uninstalled, click Install Product, etc.

Per my original question, I tried to do that (but couldn’t) already:  the installer downloaded from my account is for an older O/S and won’t run under Mac OS Big Sur. (It has the stop-sign symbol over it.) The confusion is probably my fault–I selected the wrong version of EZ Drummer in the original post pull-down. Apologies! It’s correct now (2.2.3) .What should I do?

    EZdrummer version: 2.2.3
Operating system: macOS Big Sur (11)

No, if you use the Product Manager (not the website), you won’t even see the installer icon.

Ah! I misunderstood. Had downloaded using Product Manager, but hadn’t tried to run Uninstall from there. Thank you! That got it. All working now.
