Hello,
I was clearing some files on my mac and accidentally got rid of the aax SD3 file. In Logic I can pull up SD3 no problem but it doesn’t appear in pro tools so I checked my product manager. I tried to reinstall the aax file but every time I click install it never actually installs the aax. I don’t know what to do. Also I can’t uninstall superior drummer 3 either.
Here’s an image of what I see. No matter how many time I try to reinstall the aax file still wont install.
Hi,
make sure the AAX is checked under Customize.

Thanked by: Gustavo Eraso and soundmaker62I’m having the exact same issue!! Why don’t I get the Custom option in my ED Installer????
Operating system: macOS High Sierra (10.13)

That is the custom install page in the full EZD2 installer. Formats other than RTAS are not appearing because you have installed a newer version of the others. If you start the latest updater (version 2.2.1), all formats should appear.

I I have the same issue, I download the latest version update 2.2.3 but the AAX option doesn’t appear, the standard and custom installation option neither!!
Hi Pascal,
I just downloaded the 2.2.3 update to verify and it does indeed look like in my screen shots above.
Please pay attention to the separate steps when running the updater.
BR,
John
