Can’t install 2.0.2 Ezkeys update. Can’t contact you via support.

Your support won’t let me in.  It either won’t accept my CW by Bandlab version number, or it says I didn’t click the Captcha box?  Both were tried many times.

I installed the 2.0.2 Ezkeys update.  PM says it’s installed and authorized.  Then when I try to run it in CW I get an error message that says 2.0.2 is not installed, uninstall and reinstall.  I did that.  Same error.  What do you propose as a fix?

Oh but standalone EZkeys 2.0.2 seems to work just fine.

Do a search for EZKeys 2.vst3 and if you find it in any path other than:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

delete it and rescan.

and make sure to rescan your plugins in CW. it’s possible you need to run the VST scanner to ensure the new vst3 is registered with CW plugins…
