Can’t get bass drum and cymbals to trigger simultaneously HELP

I have a 2017 Macbook pro with Monterey 12.7.2 and an Intel 2.9ghz quad core cpu with 16gb RAM and an onboard nvme. I am using up to date SD3 with Alesis DM10 brain that has also been factory reset to no avail with the below issue. I have selected the preset for Alesis DM10 for the proper kit and midi notes. I have hi-hats, 1 snare,  1 bass drum, ...

Operating system: macOS Monterey (12)

Kit: Alesis Nitro Pro XL but using DM10 brain
Platform: MacOS Monterey 12.7.4
