Hey, I recently installed EzDrummer 3 and everything works fine in the standalone program. However, I can’t seem to locate the DLL files anywhere. I installed everything by default, and when I checked the installation information the Product Manager claims that VST3 and AAX have been installed. I looked in the default Program Files and Program Files (x86) folders but it’s not there. I even tried searching EzDrummer.dll and EzDrummer3.dll on my computer and it doesn’t seem to be on any of my hard drives.
I also saw online that the Help tab in the standalone program should tell you the VST location but there is no tab for showing VST location.
Has anyone run into a similar problem or realizes what could be wrong and knows how to fix it?

Thanked by: daudaroThanks! I found EZdrummer 3.vst3 and copied it into my VST folder and rescanned using Ableton, still not working. 🙁
Maybe you should put back and then enable VST3 Plugins in the Ableton preferences. Enjoy!

Thanked by: Scott Eshleman and daudaroHmm, I’m not sure how to enable VST3. When I go to File Folder -> Plug-In Sources I just see Use VST Plug-In Custom Folder. I don’t see anything about VST3. I’m using Ableton Live 10 Suite btw.
I don’t have Ableton in from of me. VST3 Folder path is disabled by default. Look through preferences or Settings in Ableton. The path is not set. You need to click something to set the VST3 path manually.

Thanked by: daudaro and Scott EshlemanI also installed EDd3 into the default location, and I can’t find the EZd3.dll either. The above comments don’t make any sense to me. I saw a video that said it would be in C:\Program Files\VstPlugins\Toontrack, but it wasn’t there. The EZmix.dll was there, but that’s it. I haven’t moved or changed anything that I’m aware of. This is the first time I’ve tried to use it.
No .dll. There is VST3. It will be in your VST3 folder.
