Can’t find the core content

After a harddrive crash, I have reinstalled Windows 10 and Pro Tools 12.5 + all my Toontrack products on a new harddrive.
All my Toontrack products work fine, except for Beatstation.
I once bought Beatstation as a download and I have just downloaded the latest version from Toontrack Product Manager (version 1.0.4).
But when I try to install Beatstation, I’m told I don’t have the Core Content (or something like that) and when I try to run Beatstation, it says “Cannot find the Core Content. You must install the Core Content from the product DVD”.
But how can I do that, when I don’t have the DVD (it was a download and I have just downloaded the latest version 1.0.4 which I have installed).
I just can’t find out how to solve this. Please help.

What did you do? I had the exact same problem just recently, can’t find core content. I’m hoping you can let me know my brain is fried from reloading all my music software and this is the only one thats messed up. I got the downloads off of the manager, but still can’t get shit to work.

I can only see that you have downloaded updates.
I would recommend that you download and install the full product installer via the Product Manager.

On Windows, there is a problem that the Core Content installer in many cases does not get automatically launched after installation of the software. If using Product Manager, click Show Details for Beatstation and select “Open” in the menu to the right of the full product download. Start the Core Content installer in the Explorer window that opens.

Olof, I know this has been awhile but it worked for me on Windows 11!  Thank you so much for the excellent instructions.
