I have been using EZD and other Toontrack products for years and never had a problem. I have been buying a bunch of stuff over the last week and one of the things I bought was the METAL! EZX. I bought this because it was supposed to come with 9 drum kits mixed by 3 different producers. Bought it – downloaded it – installed it – authorized it and went to browse the drum kits and they were not there. Only the versions: Basic, Tape and Original Mix. I spent 2 house clicking around trying to find them and found nothing. I emailed Toontrack support and even sent the screenshot of my dropdown box from my drum selection. They obviously never even read the email or looked at the picture because they just told me to click the dropdown box and choose the drum kit I wanted. Really? I emailed them back and asked them to please actually read the email and look at the screenshot so they could help and I got nothing but crickets. Hopefully you guys can help out – it’s not the end of the world, but in the end, I just want what I paid for. I’ve attached the screenshot of my drum kit dropdown box.
