Cant find ezdrummer

Installing with product manager.   I cant find a program to run, or a plugin.  Download info says its for xp to win 8.  I assume that is the problem.  It says everything is downloaded and up to date. So it doesnt see any problems.  What do I need to do?  I dont see any options for upgrade.

Which build of ezdrummer is it and where did you buy it

Ver 1.4.0

Been using it for many years.  But now I built a new PC for music so I am transferring everything to the new machine.

Note : its ezdrummer, not ezdrummer2 or 3.

“Toontrack solo” is a program that can load EZdrummer, you can install that from the Product Manager.

Toontrack solo did install. But it cant find any ezdrummer programs.

It would be nice to have some phone help, or chat help.  I sent a message to toontrack, but no answer.

Hi, if you get the error that TT solo can’t find any drummers
please go to Options > Set Paths and set the path to your VST plug-in. I’m assuming you are running TT solo 64-bit and want to launch the 64-bit EZdrummer. This path would normally be ‘C:\Program Files\VstPlugins\Toontrack’

After that TT solo should find EZdrummer and be able to launch.
