Can’t find Cocktail sound files

Hi, i have been using EZ drummer and Latin Percussion fine, but despite uploading numerous times I always get an error message when trying to use the Cocktail kit. Error says that it can’t find the sound files.

Could you point me to a easy way to fix this?

If you ran the original Cocktail installer from the DVD, are you sure you are updated on EZdrummer and the Cocktail EZX?

John, thanks for your quick response. HOpe all is well in Stockholm, what a beautiful city in the summer.

i updated all my software per your suggestion. thanks, there was a recent version i had not updated.

When i go to /Library/Application Support/EZdrummer/Sounds/ i see all the wav files. however, i notice that /Library/Application Support/EZdrummer/EZX_Cocktail/Sounds/ is empty it only has a soundstats icon in it. should i drag some sound files into that ezx_cocktail/sounds folder? if so, which file name should i find and drag?

maybe i shouldn’t bother, what is the difference between cocktail and the regular EZ drummer, just the sound of the kit or different beats?

have you actually run the separate Cocktail EZX installer at any point? Not the updater but the Sounds installer.
Have you downloaded the EZdrummer Full Download Installer? If not please do so and install the Cocktail EZX and then apply the latest Cocktail update.

I keep getting the error message that the Cocktail download is 32 bit and won’t run on my 64 bit system. Where can I find a 64 bit version please?

Are you installing through the Toontrack Product Manager? If not, please try that.
