Can't figure out why Cubase won't reconize SD3, SD2 was just fine

I have windows 10, Cubase 9 and just got SD3.  I was so excited to try it out but it will not recognize it at all.  I set the path correctly,  because I can see the .dll file.  I also see SD2 .dll right next to SD3 but it still won’t pop up on the instruments panel.   It says it reconizes it in the main window of the plug-in manager but moving to right panel, over by “drums” only SD2 and ezdrumer pops up.

 

What gives??

Cubase SX 48?  32bit?  You could try dragging the dll from the left in to the right panel; that works with Cubase Pro 9.5 ….
