Hi, I’d understood that we could install EZKeys2 , or at least the library, on the D Drive. My C: drive is nearly full. I used the Toontrack Product manager and the installation wizards it led me to, and was never asked, when installing the program or the library, where to install it, or if I weanted a custom setup etc. Instead it just installed everyting to my C drive, leaving me with about 500 MB free. I need that C drive space back; if I cannot install at least the library on the D drive I cannot use this product. Can anyone advise please?

Hi there,
The samples and MIDI can be moved to another location/drive.
Here’s the link from to the manual on how to do that;
Mac Studio M1 Max, RAM 64 GB, 1TB Drive, OSX 12.x/13.x and Windows 10 (VM)
DAW: Fender Studio Pro 8, Presonus Studio One Pro 7
DTX Express III (Extreme triggers), Nektar LX88
OWC Thunderbay Mini (4 X 1TB Sata SSD), Express 4M2 (4 X 2TB M.2 SSD), Envoy Express (1TB M.2 SSD)
Presonus Quantum, Faderport & Faderport 8
Black Lion Sparrow Mk2 A/D, FMR-RNP-RNC, MIDI Xpress 128, BM5A, KRK VXT4, Equator D5
2020 Macbook Pro 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Audio(mobile rig)
Thanks. But I’d already been there, which is why I am asking here. I’m on Windows. The manul only mentions this for Mac.
I followed all the steps described in the manual.
The manual then goes on to say “In the Installation Type part of the Mac EZkeys 2 Software installer, you get the option to customize the install, this is useful if you want to only install specific plug-in types.”
Below that text they show two screengrabs of what I suppose are the installation dialogues from the Mac version because they are headed “”Custom Install in “Macintosh HD” ” These do give the option to choose a destination.
I’m on Windows. The manual doesn’t mention this re Windows and the Windows installer does not show this option.
So I repeat my request for advice.

Hi there,
I have added a screen print for clarification.
As you have already installed the sample files I assumed you wanted to move them in order to reclaim the space on your system drive.
If I am mistaken I do apologize.
