I suppose the topic’s name says it all, i simply cannot drag and drop drum tracks into Tracker. Wether i’m using 24 or 32 bit (44.1) wave files.
It works via the “import function” but who has time for that!? 😉
So, am i missing something?
Cubase 9.5 – Win 7 64 bit.
Hi,
it works here with different file types. Which version are you using? Does it make any difference if you use the standalone app?

Thanks John!
I should have mentioned that i am trying to drag and drop audio events from w i t h i n my Cubase project.
However, after reading your reply i tried to drag and drop from a random windows folder, i.e outside of Cubase, and that worked like a charm.
Am i right in assuming that trying to drag and drop from say, track 1-10 in Cubase, into Tracker simply isn’t a feature?
Hi,
that would be a limitation of the host; I can’t drag from Pro Tools Tracks/Bin to the Pro Tools plugin, since Pro Tools prohibits it. I think there are only a few hosts that actually allow dragging from the host to a plugin.
