Can’t download Superior Drummer 3 library 2-3-4 and additional bleed

Goodmorning, I have an issue with my new superior drummer software.

I’m installing libraries on an external drive ssd and with the basic software and the library part 1 I have no problems.

Now I’m unable to download Superior Drummer 3 library 2-3-4 and additional bleed.

 

This is the message from Toontrack Product Manager:

The simple question is did you try again at a completely different time? If you did and got the same message the server might be offline for some reason.

I was downloading the Hitmaker SDX last night and the transfer speeds were really slow;  like 2-8mbps.  Ran a speed test and was getting close to 1gbps (my normal speed). It did eventually finish but this was a first time for me getting slow speeds via PM.

I wish TT would allow us to download direct from the website as well as via the PM.

I’ve had issues with certain product/download managers not being able to do the downloads. UVI is one of those. I have to go direct to their site and download stuff on a regular basis.
