Cant download anything!

Here it is.
I CANT DOWNLOAD IT at all.
If I try to download from the page it just download a 131bytes file, If I try to use a download manager it says I have the wrong password or login, but I just logged on my account using the same dammed login and password?
What is going on?

Could you try to open one of those 131-byte files in a text editor? I bet that gives a clue.

Is there any software name or server name in the file as well? This message is not something that the download server would ever return, so I think that you have some kind of firewall or proxy interfering with the connection.
