As you would have normally replied to me by now, I assume you have already ignored my previous message. I have contacted my bank who will be returning my money and then I assume the bank will contact you to remind you how consumer laws work. This will be completed within the next 2 weeks if you choose to break the law and refuse to complete a refund for the unsatisfactory product you sold me.
I think it would be much better for everyone involved if we just settled this like reasonable adults, you can give me back what’s rightfully mine and de-activate my serial numbers which have been de-activated and uninstalled from my computer since I began asking for a refund yesterday. Your installer is online based, I’m sure this all just a few clicks for you to resolve.
Thanks and you wont be hearing from me again, I hate wasting my time dealing with shady people.
