Can’t Choke CY8 CY6

Hi All,

TD20X with CY-8 Cymbals. EZ Drummer 3. Pro Tools Intro.
They choke fine within the TD20X, but not when listening through EZ Drummer 3…
It seems that the TD20X isn’t sending the MIDI info from the mute sensors on the CY8’s…
Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

BEST ANSWER

I just worked it out.

In Pro Tools:

Setup / MIDI / MIDI Input Filter / select ‘All’ under Record / click OK.

Why it was set to only ‘all except polyphonic’ by default, I don’t know.
