Before upgrading to EZD2 I was able to bounce the midi track to separate audio tracks in Cakewalk Sonar using EZD1. Meaning it would create each track (kick, snare etc) in its own audio track for mixing. Now if I try it it says “The specified selection did not contain any audio data” I set all of the soft synths exactly like it was prior to upgrading.
Cakewalk steps are Edit>Bounce to tracks> but now a message like above appears. Is there a setting I need to switch now to do this? I went to Cakewalk forums and they told me to come here instead. I have no idea now how to create audio tracks that I can mix and export to use on Cd.
I am using Cakewalk Sonar Producer 8.5.3 in 32 mode now but will switch to 64bit once tracks are mixed to audio.
Thanks

I think I just got it. All the tracks in a track folder have to be highlighted before bouncing to track. I was just highlighting the midi track but I guess you have to tell it where to bounce to as well. Anyway this is how you do it fo others wondering how.
Hope it helps
