Can’t Authorize EZ PLAYER PRO

Can’t get ez player pro to authorize.My product is reg. and I input the info that is required  on the authorization page and after that their is no button to press enter to input the info. PLEASE HELP.

Thanks John.The problem got resolved when I switched from firefox browser to windows explorer .Again thank you John.
