Can’t authorise EZ in Logic 8

Any help gratefully received here as I cant get to authorise EZ -which I bought yesterday -in Logic.

When it comes to putting in the final authorisation code -when I enter the numeric “1” -which is part of the code -the window minimises -and all the letters and numbers in the code disappear -every time.

How do I get round this?

key commands may interfere in Logic:

Please use Toontrack solo to Authorize.
