When I run this update, I get a message saying “Install Error – Your library seems damaged. You will need to install the full product before applying this update.”
None of the updates I’ve applied have given me any issues. I should indicate that I updated EZD from 1 to 2 and that I have SD2 as well. All applicable updates for these products have been applied.
Thanks in advance.
Dave
I too am experiencing the exact same issue. Oddly, I have EZD installed on both my laptop and desktop, but this only occurred on the desktop Mac. All other updates have installed fine on both machines.

Same for me with W7 laptop and Indy/Folk, Rock Solid, and The Blues.
All fine on my W7 desktop though.

Mine was solved by installing the packs that were “missing”, though I swear I had installed them previously.
The weird thing was the dvds I tried to reinstall them from wouldn’t go. Although I could see an installer, uninstaller, I couldn’t see any content and reported size was 254kb or thereabouts. However, I checked the disks in my desktop’s cd drive and they were fine !
I just don’t know…….

Indie, Blues etc. work fine, but installing Pop/Rock on my EZdrummer 2 upgrade installtion fails on both Win 8.1 and MacOS 10.6.8. It says that my library seems damaged and that I should reinstall the full product – whatever that might be on an upgrade installation.
