Can’t add EZKeys sound expansion to cart?

Hey, Just recently purchased the EZKeys Studio Grand and looking to expand upon it with the Classic Electrics soul expansion since I’ve already paid the 139 euro for the former and the big EZKeys software. You have advertised that if a customer already has a purchased EZKeys, they can get the one of the other piano sound packs such as the Mellotron or the Upright piano for 69 euro. I’ve tried to add said 69 Euro expansion pack to my cart now on multiple occasions but it’s refusing me to ad it to my cart, I’ve authorised the Studio Grand on my account already, so what gives? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Okay, starting to get pretty frustrated here, Toontrack. You have no dedicated helpline whether it be by phone or IM, not even a simple email to have a direct link with queries. Starting to feel pretty ripped off if I have to spend another 139 euro when it’s been advertised at half price for just a form of extension. Does anyone else have any similar shenanigans going on or am I going to be the lone bloody voice?
