I have tried to download and activate my Toontrack products on my new Mac mini (M1 chip), but for several products (MIDI packs) it does not seem to work.
After the download, when I click “install” I get the notification “installer launched”, but then nothing seems to happen ( see screenshot). I have uninstalled and deactivated all my products from my previous mac. I also moved my previous Mac from the product manager.
Can anyone help?
