Not sure if this is the right forum, so I’ll ask, if not, please direct me to the correct one, as emailing customer support has gotten me nowhere.
I am trying to purchase a few packs for EZD2, the items are in my cart, but I cannot “view Cart”, or delete the items, nothing. I have so far, tried three different browsers, cleared the cache, waited over a week to try again, downloaded product manager thinking maybe it might, somehow make a difference, nothing. I have two things in my cart that I cant pay for, delete, look at, nothing. I’ve seen dozens of past complaints on this very same issue, but no fixes?
OK, tried what a different poster tried, zoomed the page to 210%, clicked on the cart, and could finally see my cart and check out. Toontrack, you guys need to get on the ball. Its been over two weeks of trying to get this to work, your support on this was almost zero, your last email told me to try a different computer.. really? I lost count on how many posts in the past have had the same issue. I like your product, but if you people cant support your web page, I’m not too sure I have faith in your support for your products. Thanks to the fellow forum member who came up with the crazy solution it takes to send TT my money.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we have altered the cart link function now so this issue should now be solved.
