I have EZD2 installed on two computers: 1) my main audio workstation and 2) a laptop.
My workstation correctly shows up in the “Authorizations on your account” list.
There is one “Empty Authorization Slot” available.
However, the laptop indicates that it is Authorized, though it does NOT show up in the list. Instead, next to the “Authorize this Computer” button, there is a green check mark and the message “The product is authorized on this computer for this serial number, even though you no longer have the authorization on your account.”
When I click on the “Unauthorize” button, nothing happens.
How can I Unauthorize the laptop?

That’s the thing, this is what’s being displayed and it doesn’t matter in which computer I try to do “unauthorize” it doesn’t work!!!

I’m not sure what your question is.
In your first post, you say you can’t remove an authorization. In your pic you posted you don’t have any authorizations for the EZD3 Core library which is correct as the authorization for the Core Libra is tied to the EZD3 product plugin and shouldn’t show an authorization.
What exactly is your question regarding how to unauthorize your product? What product are you trying to unauthorize?
