I have no access to my old email to retrieve my password. I had to create a new account with my new email. I have bought about five or six packs and upgrades for exdrummer. But now with my new account, I need all my other product info transferred to my new account, so I can by exdrummer 2 upgrade. Please help! A customer service phone # would have helped greatly in this situation

I can find your old account but I can’t merge them, that needs to be done by Support.
