Hi,

to me this sounds like you have a copy of the ‘ezdrummer.dll’ not linked to the initial install location.
Please perform a Search for ‘ezdrummer.dll’ files and delete them, then re-install the latest version and point Cubase to this location in its VST scan.

Hi,

did you install the full product from DVD or from the Full download archive?
Have you applied both the latest 32-bit and 64-bit updates?
