Cannot download update

I’m trying to download an update for Rock Solid EZX expansion (dated 28 5 2015)
but it takes me to an empty page with the message connection timed out.

I just tried downloading the Rock Solid EZX 1.5.2 update (both PC and Mac versions) from my account they both downloaded fine.
