Cannot download SDX

I am trying to download the installer for The Progressive Foundry SDX. I keep getting the error message “Download of The Progressive Foundry SDX has stopped. There is not enough space left on the disk Macintosh HD. Please free up some space or change the download location in preferences.” My disk has 130 GB of free space and the installer needs 60. I have tried freeing up more and more space and restarting my computer multiple times, but I still get the error message. What is going on?

Hi,

please try the following:
Open your Toontrack Download folder and clear anything in it.
Temporarily set your Downloads folder in Product Manager to another location, e.g. on the Desktop or in the disk root.
Try downloading the SDX again.

Note that if you change the download location, in order to get the already started download to get downloaded there, you need to either use the Move Downloads button or delete and restart the download.
