Cannot Authorize EZ Drummer 2 anymore

Hello, I have emailed support but have not heard back yet, I just got a new compter, bought ez mix2 and some expansions for EZ drummer 2 this morning, I was able to authorize everything besides EZ Drummer 2, it will not authorize no matter what I do. Please Help!

I’ve removed the inactive authorizations for your EZD2. You should be able to authorize your new machine now.
