No you have to buy a pack.
Just to say it’s not general that the core libraries hi hats are disliked.

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors

Thanks for the info, any tips on making the hi hats sound better? I like a crisp/dark combo type sound. IRL I use 13” K on top and Z custom dyno beat on bottom. IDK if you are familiar with what that sounds like, but if you know of any way to get the core library hi hats to sound like that, your knowledge would be invaluable to me. I have been using the 14” inch K constantinoples but they just aren’t as bright and crisp when the open hi hat is hit as I want it to be. They sound decent closed. Anyways, just my opinion and I’m sure there are ways to make it sound better and is just user error. I am brand new to SD3 and drum production in general. I’m just a drummer that didn’t want to spend a fortune on a bunch of mic’s and an interface that can handle that many outputs. Which hi hats do you like the most of the 4 core library ones? Thanks in advance!
