In SD2, it seems like it was easier to add instruments and/or remap via the “learn” function directly on the construct screen.
It would be nice to get to that function without going up to the settings/e-drum menu.
Can that particular screen be docked or is there a shortcut or one touch button to the “learn” function available on the Drums screen?
BTW, love the screen size scaling and touch screen ability.
Thanks.
Currently, you have to go into Settings to edit this. This change is because in Superior Drummer 2 – both internal (MIDI coming from the MIDI files internally) and external (MIDI coming from external sources, such as an e-drum kit) was gathered on the same page. In SD3 we have split those two up, so incoming MIDI has its own setup area. This has its advantages, such as that its smoother to create a preset that can be kept while changing preset or library. I will take a note of your request, so we know of it when we do updates for the future!
