“can not find or open file”

I get this error after installing ezdrummer on my new laptop. EZ drummer was working fine on my old pc vista. Now I have a laptop and windows 7, it goes through the install, and after a few tweaks i was able to get it into the vst of my daw, but when I try to drag the grooves into the daw tracks, it beeps and says “can not find or open file”

We need more info on your system.

What version of EZdrummer (32-bit or 64-bit)?
What version of DAW (32-bit or 64-bit)?

Do you get sounds but no MIDI?
Have you installed from DVD or the full product installer from your Toontrack account (red PC button)?
