Can I use Music City Snare (brushes) with a Custom & Vintage set?

I’ve tried to figure out how to do it, but if I can, it’s not obvious how it could be done.

one way could be to add the MC Snare as an additional snare for example.

Yes you can. Select the drum then where it lets you choose which sound there are other menu items. One of them allows you to browse all sounds. Sorry I can’t be more specific but I’m not at home and writing this on my iPad.

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors

To elaborate Mark’s post, right-click the kit piece and select “Search for Instrument…” and you will get a search window. From there, you can insert your desired kit piece.
