I’m using the audio tracker to convert played bass lines into midi, and have 2 different bass lines on a tune recorded in 2 different projects.
I’ve managed to successfully convert both to decent sounding midi bass parts (yay Ez bass)….but how in the holy hell do I merge them? My gut would have said, “easy” add the part to my own groove library, and pull from it in the other project. But there’s no option for this. If I drag the part out as MIDI it doesn’t even play right in Reaper.
This shouldn’t be hard guys….what am I missing? Or is it ToonTrack that’s missing something?
To make matters worse, dragging song parts now causes an EzBass crash…happened 2X. First time reaper just died, and the 2nd time I got a dialog box saying EzBass crashed…
Can it get worse? Maybe…
So I export my part as Midi figuring, I can import it as User MIDI.
Well, I go to the User Libraries section and go to browse for folder in Windows (10), and can see my files but there is no OK button to tell EZ Bass to use this directory. I can browse my directories just fine….but there is no button to tell EZBass that his is the directory I want to use. Holy crap this is very broken!
Was this developed on Mac only????? Is it possible that this product has been out for almost a year and this feature doesn’t work…?
