Can I gift my EZ Drummer 2 to someone?

Since I purchased EZ3, I don’t see why I need EZ2 on my system anymore, so in the interest of streamlining and also being a cool guy, I wondered if I could re-license my copy of EZ2 to my dad so he can mess with it. Is this EZ to do?

If you upgraded to EZD3 from EZD2 and transferred EZD2’s serial number to someone else, EZD3 wouldn’t work anymore since it was an upgrade.

I personally love having EZD2 on my system since it has 2 separate drum libraries (modern/vintage) and over 1000 drum midi files.
