Hi
recently purchased Beatstation. Looks brilliant, I’ve been messing around with it and very excited about using it.
Problem is it is overloading CPU/ASIO when I use it with my DAW. I’ve investigated my laptop specs and tried various ways to reduce CPU usage, including turning off CPU throttling in setup but nothing seems to be working.
Due to the heavy graphic/other content of Beatstation it seems to be quite heavy on CPU usage.
CPU usage spikes around 32% with DAW, interface and track playing. Goes through the roof and glitches as soon as I fire up Beatstation.
It has been suggested that I can amend the Beatstation settings to reduce the CPU usage. Possibly turning off some of the graphics? Possibly turning of the plugins on individual drums and saving this as an opening template?
Have others come across this and have you any suggestions?
Thanks for any help
I’m using:

just to update. after some suggestions, I set my default kit with all effects off to try to reduce CPU load. didn’t make much difference.
